Registration conditions

You have the right to register as a doctor, a public user, a pharmacy, a medical or cosmetic service center, or a company representative and benefit from the services and features of our Rubik care electronic platform and its mobile applications if you have the following eligibility:

1- For the doctor:

* Have a valid clinic commercial license

* Have a valid license to practice the medical profession

* You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply

2- For the public user

* Be 18 years of age or older

* If you are under the age of 18, supervision from the responsible person or guardian is required

* You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply

3- For shops and pharmacies:

* Have a pharmacy registered in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt

* Have a valid license to practice the profession

* You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply

4- For medical service centers (Radiology and Medical Analysis Centers)

* Have a registered service center in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt

* Have a valid license to practice the profession

* You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply

5- For company representatives

* Working in one of the pharmaceutical companies

* You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply

To register on our online platform rubikcare or its mobile application you will need to provide some information and your registration will not be accepted if all the required information is not provided and we have the right to refuse any of the registration processes without giving reasons and we also have the right to carry out the necessary checks to confirm your identity and registration requirements

Once the registration is completed successfully, your registration continues for an indefinite period subject to the possibility of suspending or canceling your access and use, canceling any products or deleting the content provided by you at our sole discretion, without prejudice to any of the rights or remedies or without any liability to you

Posting

All your posts on the rubicare online platform or what you provide, including but not limited to questions, criticisms, comments, suggestions, ratings and publications (collectively, "posts") become our sole and exclusive property, and in no case belong to you. Law enforcement and judicial bodies

These terms and conditions are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and when a dispute arises, it will be resolved by arbitration, and the parties agree to grant the right to appoint an arbitrator to the rubicare platform.
